William Hall grew up in Upstate New York. After attending college in Binghamton, NY, he moved to Philadelphia to attend Temple University where he earned a JD/MBA in 2010. Following law school, he went to work at a boutique law firm in Havertown, Pa, where he specialized in consumer litigation and general bankruptcy practice. Today he manages housing programs at Clarifi,and is also a member of the boards of the Equality Housing Center and the Delaware Federation of Housing Counselors. He attends Liberti Church: Fairmount, and is married.

John T. Karantonis

John T. Karantonis has over 15 years of business development, product strategy and new venture experience across telecom, technology and digital media. John is currently Principal of JTK Strategy Partners, an innovation consultancy and specialized business development firm. Mr. Karantonis serves as an advisor and seed investor to various clients including companies creating new products for mobile telephony, online payments, content publishing, online personal finance, and quantitative marketing and commerce. John is also co-founder of “BeMe.Ai”, an automated behavior analytics engine serving personal improvement, enterprise engagement and various predictive intelligence applications.

Previously, John was co-founder and a member of the Board of Directors at Akoo International, Inc. (now part of RMG Networks) where he helped envision and build a leading location media network and cross-platform mobile-to-TV strategy reaching 44 million shoppers per month with revenues exceeding USD $3 million(s) from “blue chip” advertisers. John was one of the inventors of the Company’s interactive and distributed platform and received multiple patents in the U.S., China, Japan, Russia, Australia, Mexico, and Israel, for his work. Additional patents are pending in the U.S. and worldwide.

Mr. Karantonis received a Bachelors of Science degree from Loyola University Chicago and serves on several start-up and non-profit advisory boards. He lives in Chicago with his wife and three children.

Toni Washington

Toni Washington lives, works and worships in Philadelphia, PA. She holds a B.S. in Corporate Communications and Applied Web Technology from Drexel University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Cairn University.  Toni serves as Director of Operations for Comcast’s self-installation program nationally. In this role, she leads the strategy for the customer service model and deployment support with plans to create a best in class self- service experience for users. Toni has launched and supported various new product deployments during her tenure at Comcast for both employees and customers.  Prior to her position at Comcast, Toni worked as Director of Corporate Development for a privately owned company that provided consulting and software solutions to membership businesses across North America.  During that time, she worked with large clients such as L.A. Weight Loss and the Paul Green School of Rock in implementing point of sale systems, software training curriculum, and product development opportunities.

Toni attends Bethel Church at Philadelphia Mills and has a passion for outreach and missions. She serves as a Relay Center Co-Coordinator for Operation Christmas Child/Samaritan’s Purse, a charitable initiative that provides gifts to children living in impoverished countries all across the world. In this role she facilitates collection drives, coordinates an annual mission trip to one of the Operation Christmas Child warehouses in Charlotte, NC and in May 2013 had the opportunity to visit Zambia, Africa with the ministry. Toni also has a passion for leadership development in others. She plans to continue finding avenues to encourage others through their leadership journey with a focus on the integration of faith and work.
