Misleadings in Doctrine and Living

Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus according to the commandment of God our Savior, and of Christ Jesus, whois our hope. To Timothy, my true child in the faith: Grace, mercy and peace from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Lord.

As I urged you upon my departure for Macedonia, remain on at Ephesus so that you may instruct certain men not to teach strange doctrines, nor to pay attention to myths and endless genealogies, which give rise to mere speculation rather than furthering the administration of God which is by faith. But the goal of our instruction is love from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith. For some men, straying from these things, have turned aside to fruitless discussion, wanting to be teachers of the Law, even though they do not understand either what they are saying or the matters about which they make confident assertions. (1 Timothy 1:1-7 [NASB])

Two of our newest Group Leaders Edgar and Muriel. Both very talented people with a passion to help the brokenhearted.

“My journey with LifeiLead has been a blessing.  I am currently an instructor conducting Decision Making and Employment Ready Workshops in a rehabilitation facility.   So when LifeiLead was searching for volunteers at my church, Riverside Community, I felt this would be a good place for me to serve and utilize my facilitator skills, work experience and education to be a blessing to others.  At my first Group meeting, I felt so empowered because of the freedom I had to speak openly about my religious beliefs and share the Word of God.  This helped to uplift, encourage and educate those in recovery. The most exciting part is that each Group meeting I attended I have been inspired by the presence of God that showed up; allowing the Holy Spirit to guide and speak to us to aid in clarifying our understanding.  WOW!  In addition, the leaders (George and Angela) are very enthusiastic and committed to their mission.  They take on various challenges in group and in private to help group members overcome issues they may be facing. It’s obvious that they have a genuine concern, compassion and caring spirits. This makes the members feel they are in a safe environment which helps to generate group participation and openness. I recently completed the Leadership Training and feel equipped and confident to be a Support Group Leader in an organization with Godly leaders.  I thank God that, through George and Angela, He has provided me with an opportunity to serve others at LifeiLead.”

Muriel Edwards

“I am very humble to be part of a group of people who have a heart to serve, help others and also better themselves in the process. When I first got introduced to LifeiLead I was in a stage of my life were I had overcame the chains of addiction and life controlling issues through the power of God’s mercy and grace. Visiting different support groups and meetings I could never find a solid place were addiction wasn’t considered a disease but a coping mechanism that is developed through a false belief system in which we use to fill a void that we have inside. I know firsthand living a life of gang affiliation and a dysfunctional family there was a core belief that was ingrained in me. I truly thought my life was going to be a life of drugs, violence, and money, but one day when I was broken, bitter, and had no hope God found me and I was introduced to the truth. Now I am happily married and have three beautiful children I help lead the Spanish ministry at my church and I am also part of the LifeiLead support group in Horsham, PA. LifeiLead not only helps to understand the underline issues of addiction, but also teaches and equips people to become leaders in their homes, workplace, and their everyday lives.  Anyone is more than welcome to come and be part of our vision and overcome the chains of life controlling issues and be delivered into a life of freedom.”

Sincerely, Edgar Suazo

This is the core of people going through The Timothy Initiative Training with me. We are setting the ground work for a House Church Plant. Vinnie and Michelle (front) are the house hosts as they will be leading this group

The vision from there is, once the House Church is established implement our LIFEiLEAD™ Program within the infrastructure to support those coming who are struggling with drugs and alcohol

The man to the left is Neil who came to the Lord at our very FIRST TTI meeting on Monday February 23, 2015. We are all very excited with the training and opportunities the Lord has in store for us in the future. More updates on this exciting venture in the  near future.

Our LIFEiLEAD™ Support Groups are volunteer-driven and the group leaders are committed to working with the group members to help guide them along the path of recovery. Many of our group leaders have been through addiction and recovery themselves, and all of them have been through our training and development program. Our goal is to plant multiple LIFEiLEAD™ Support Group Programs in communities, churches, transitional homes, and prisons for those struggling with drugs and alcohol.

While our groups are free for those who attend, there are upfront and ongoing costs to provide the necessary training and materials to effectively plant, lead, and sustain the LSG Programs. Not every location where we plant our program has the finances to fully cover the cost of our Program.

Please consider partnering with us with a monthly or one-time donation for 2015 to help reach our goal of $25,000. Your generous donations will go towards helping communities, churches, transitional homes, and prisons in need of the

LIFEiLEAD™ Support Group Program. This effort to generate support for the LIFEiLEAD™ program will allow us to continue to provide help to individuals and families

With your help, we can continue to play a significant role to ensure the continuation and success of these vital services.
